The first meeting we had with Keri, both my husband and I were blown away with her professionalism, preparedness, promptness, and the research she had clearly done ahead of time on our home that we were listing. Keri has a wonderful ability to work with all personality types and provided my husband with the numbers, check lists, and details that his analytical personality needs to feel comfortable and provided me with the emotional support, encouragement, and guidance. She is very detailed orientated and Keri always on top of everything from follow up phone calls/emails, to sending us house listings before they hit the market, and giving us next steps immediately. Keri is very quick to respond no matter how big or small the question or inquiry. We not only felt like she was on our team but was a real leader in getting us through both buying and selling. At no point did my husband and myself feel that Keri was in it for a quick sale, she really made us feel like we were all searching for the right house for our family.
